I have been thinking lately and I find myself unable to escape the very real fact that I am a very lazy writer. I have no less than three projects running rampant in my head and yet none of them is ever given the proper time to make itself known to the world at large. Allow me to introduce you.

The first and most likely to make an early appearance is my series of short stories based around the idea of heroes. Some are very normal, others extra-ordinary. I have two of the stories written so far but in need of editing before I'm happy to show them. Watch this space for developments soon.

The second is an idea I dreamt up several months ago about the world of magic; where it went, how we get to it, how it really works, etc. That is almost 20,000 words written with a lot of work yet to come before I'm ready to show. I will put up the occasional excerpt though, just to be sure you don't all forget and lose interest.

The third is a character who drafted himself into my brain to allow me use of a world that I had never intended to show off. Now the world is forming around my ears and I need to find a way of getting it out and at large for the whole world to see too.

All these projects are in the works and I hope to have something to show off from the first two at least in the next few weeks. I must offer my apologies once again for being such a lazy sod. There is no excuse. At least now that I have introduced you formally I must attend to the debut ball.
